Physicians board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine. Care is managed by the patient’s physician working in collaboration with our physicians who have advanced training in pain management and symptom control.

Registered nurses. Specially trained hospice nurses are on-call 24/7. They visit as often as needed to monitor a patient’s condition and provide comfort care.

Social workers provide counseling, educational and emotional support to patients and their families during this challenging time. Social workers also assist with specific end-of-life issues, such as saying goodbye, life review and validating the importance of each patient’s life.

Spiritual care advisors provide support, counseling and services for people of all faiths to help patients and families connect with their beliefs.

Hospice aides offer much-needed relief for families and caregivers by helping with the patient’s personal care and everyday activities.

Grief support service managers help the family and caregivers prepare for and come to terms with the loss of their loved one. They support both adults and children.

Volunteers. Specially trained volunteers assist in a multitude of ways, including companionship, respite care, running errands and grief support to patients and families, as needed.
